Ptown Property Management was founded and is proudly owned by Georgi Todorov and Galib Galib. What began as a small local cleaning service, built with the support of friends and a dedicated team, has grown into a trusted property management partner serving homes and businesses throughout Provincetown and the surrounding area.

Georgi Todorov is the co-founder of Ptown Property Management since 2014. He focuses on operations, team leadership, and financial management, bringing a hands-on, growth-driven approach to the company. He holds an MBA from Boston University, completed in 2024, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, further strengthening his expertise in finance, analytics, and leadership.
